Reset
As of this writing, November 3, 2009, Calgary and probably many other communities are inundated with frequencies of illness and fear. “Reset” is offered with the intent to reset each listener’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and connection.
Fear is a frequency. So is anger. And they are both low on the emotional frequency scale. Being told to get a vaccination for the flu, many fearful stories in the media and long line-ups to receive it have created a lot of fear. In Calgary, you can feel it in the air, especially when you work around a lot of people every day. Then, lately, the news tells us that there is not enough of the vaccination and people are being turned away from the line-ups. This raises the fear frequency and also creates anger. Fear and anger in your body create adrenalin and cortisol, the stress hormone. The result of this is a weakened immune system.
“Reset” is offered with the intent to reset each listener’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and connection. This track is available as a free download on the Mountain Rose Music website. Please check it out. There is information in November’s newsletter article about what sounds are used and why.
“Reset” will also be available as a video soon on youtube.

Busy or Full?
I had a conversation with a friend of mine recently about using the word busy or the word full to describe all of the things we do in a day. Many of us are feeling like there is little time in a day to accomplish everything we would like to. I often hear people describing their day(s) as “busy, busy, busy” or “crazy busy.”
The word I prefer to use is full. Words have sounds, emotions, memories and meaning attached to them. When I say to myself in the morning,”I have a full day today,” I feel confident that all of it is manageable. If I say to myself in the morning, “I have a crazy busy day today,” I am already in a state of panic.
Living a fast paced life is certainly challenging. Sometimes just becoming more aware of how we use words like busy and full can make a difference between an endless list of tasks and masterfully handling our day.
I wish you masterful days.
Love and harmony,
Sharon

Sound: Transformational fireworks
An essential part of the process of pursuing spiritual transformation is an examination of the results in your life, some of your former choices. Sometimes, negative energy shows up in surprising ways: a serious illness, remembering old emotional trauma, frustrations with your work, and so on. This is an opportunity for spiritual housecleaning. But it is not easy.
The use of sound to help people in their healing is as old as civilization itself. You can use healing sound with; chemotherapy treatments, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, massage, reiki treatments, to name a few. You can just relieve the stress of the moment as relaxation music, or to change old thought patterns and beliefs into positive thoughts that create spiritual healing.
Human beings intuitively use sound and music to feel better or to change a mood. Try not to make a sound, like ow or ouch if you hurt yourself. In today’s world, we are constantly surrounded by sound. Most of us are unaware of how this affects us. Sound can change your heartbeat, brain wave patterns, your breathing and even your cells.
Everything is in vibration and sound is vibrational energy. I believe it is the underlying creative force of the universe itself.
“Everything owes its existence solely and completely to sound. Sound is the basis for form and shape. In the beginning was the word and the word was God. We are told that this is how the world began and how creation took shape. We put that into the modern idiom and say: into the great voids of space came a sound and matter took shape.” Dr. Peter Guy Manners
